皮肤针配合自拟生发酊治疗斑秃临床观察

Clinical Observation on Dermal Needle and Self-made ShengFa Tincture for Alopecia Areata

目的:观察皮肤针配合自拟生发酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法:将60例斑秃患者采用患处外涂自拟生发酊配合皮肤针叩刺治疗,3个月后判定疗效。结果:60例患者中痊愈19例,显效27例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率为98.33%。结论:皮肤针配合自拟生发酊治疗斑秃,能促进毛发生长。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of dermal needle and self-made ShengFa tincture in treating alopecia areata. Method： Sixty patients accepted tapping the infected area with dermal needle and self-made ShengFa tincture for external use, clinical effects were assessed in three months. Result： There were 19 cases cured, 27 cases markedly effective, 13 cases effective and one case ineffective, total effective rate 98.33% among all the patients. Conclusion： Dermal needle and self-made ShengFa tincture could promote the growth of the hair.
