综合护理干预措施在ICU危重患者院内转运中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Measures to Critically Ill Patients of ICU in the Process of Nosocomial Transportation

目的:观察综合护理干预措施对ICU危重患者进行院内安全转运的效果。方法:回顾性分析2011年3月至2012年8月从ICU转送至病房或进行检查的382例危重患者的临床资料。将其中采取传统转送方式的168例设为对照组;采取改进转运方式的214例设为观察组。比较2组患者转运过程中意外发生率及患者满意度情况。结果:观察组在转运途中输液管道脱落或堵塞及各种管道滑脱、呼吸困难等意外发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01);患者满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:综合护理干预之后的转运方式有助于提高ICU危重患者在院内转运的安全性。

Objective： To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention measures on ICU critically ill patients in the process of nosocomial transportations. Method： Clinical data of 382 cases of critically ill patients who were transferred fi＇om ICU to the ward or the examination room were retrospectively analyzed. 168 cases who received traditional transportation were as the control group, 214 cases who adopted reformed transporta- tion were as the observation group. The incidence rate of the accidents and satisfactory rate of the patients were compared in the process of transportation. Result： The observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group in the incidence of accidents including the drop or blockage of infusion tubing, the drop of different tubing, dyspnea and others（P〈0.01）; satisfactory rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group remarkably （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The way of transportation after intervened with comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to improve the safety of critically ill patients in the process of nosocomial transporta- tion.
