五星单作用活塞缸偏置式径向柱塞马达,主壳体(18)装上有五个均匀分布的柱塞缸筒,各柱塞缸筒的轴线距曲轴(15)的中心线有一偏移量(H),主壳体(18)上的每个柱塞缸筒内分别装有柱塞,每个柱塞的一端为球头结构,在柱塞的球头上安装有滑靴(13),在滑靴(13)上装有两个半圆形组成的挡块(12),通过弹簧卡环(7)及挡块(12)将柱塞(11)与滑靴(13)联接为一体,将柱塞(11)的球头限制在球窝里转动;滑靴(13)的另一端与曲轴(15)的偏心轮外圆接触;由位于滑靴(13)左右两端的挡圈(17、17’)将滑靴(13)箍在曲轴(15)的偏心轮外圆表面上,使滑靴(13)可以在曲轴(15)的偏心轮外圆表面滑动。
The main shell (eighteen) of five-star single-acting piston cylinder offset type of radial motor has five plunger cylinders that evenly distributed, and each plunger cylinder's axis from the crankshaft(fifteen) eenterline has one offset (H), and each piston within the cylinder is equipped with a plunger on the main shell ( eighteen ),and it has ball head structure at one end of each plunger. On the ball plunger head it is equipped with sliding boots (thirteen), and on the sliding boots (thirteen)there have two blocks(twelve ) composed of semicircular, making the plunger (eleven) and sliding boots (thirteen) connect for an organic whole with the spring snap (seven) and stop block ( twelve),letting the ball head of plunger (eleven) rotate in the ball socket. The other end of the sliding boots (thirteen) contc~'ts the crankshaft (fifteen) of the eccentric. By the sliding boots (thirteen) on both ends of the retaining ring (seventeen, seventeen' )it makes sliding boots (thirteen) in the crankshaft (fifteen) of the eccentric cylindrical suoeace , and makes sliding boots (thirteen) can slide in the eccentric cylindrical of the crankshq[t (fifteen) surface.
