摘要
为了检查变速箱加载变形后齿轮啮合情况,需要对齿轮进行接触斑点检测。根据对变速器结构及其工作过程的研究,提出一种变速箱齿轮接触斑点试验台的设计方案,驱动和加载分别采用直流电机和气动制动器,使该试验台具有稳定加载和低速稳定运行的优点。介绍了该试验系统的工作原理,重点描述接触斑点试验台的机械结构设计以及电控系统和软件设计,并利用该试验台对变速器齿轮进行了接触斑点检测,表明该试验台检测的接触斑点接近实际情况,再通过软件模拟进行齿轮修形设计,完全满足工程试验需求。
In order to check the gear meshing situation under the gearbox load deformation, detection of gear contact spot must be conducted. A design of gear contact spot test bench was proposed based on the study of the transmission structure and work process. The test has advantages of stable load and stable speed because of DC motors and pneumatic brakes. The working principle of the test system was introduced and the structure design of the test bench was described emphatically. The test bench was used for detection of gear contact spot, indicating that the test result is close to the actual situation, and completely meets the demand for engineering test to guide gear modification by software simulation.
