深孔钻削中钻杆扭转振动模型的建立及求解

摘要 利用钻杆的几何方程、运动平衡方程和本构方程,根据深孔钻削中钻杆所受载荷特性,借助弹性杆理论,建立了钻杆扭转振动的动力学模型,并采用分离变量法求得了钻杆扭转振动扭转角的表达式。在给定初始条件和边界条件的情况下,可以得到钻杆扭振运动的固有频率和主振型。与已有研究进行对比,得出深孔加工中钻头与工件相互作用以及切削液对钻杆扭振的影响不可忽略。为进一步弄清钻杆动力学性能,以及设计合理的扭振动力减振器并进行各项参数优化,奠定了理论基础。 Using drill pipe geometry equations, movement balance equations and constitutive equations, and according to the deep hole drilling of drill pipe by load characteristics, by means of elastic rod theory, the dynamic model of the drill pipe torsional vibration is established. Using the method of separation of variables, the torsion angle of drill pipe torsional vibration can be expressed. Then given initial and boundary conditions, the natural frequence of drill pipe torsional vibration movement and the main modes are obtained. Comparison with existed studies, the influence of drill and workpiece interaction as well as cutting fluid on drill pipe torsional vibration can not be ignored in a deep hole machining. With these conclusions, the dynamic performance of drill pipe can be further understanded and a fundamental idea on reasonable design of the torsional vibration dynamic vibration absorber and the parameters optimization can be provided.
