摘要
结合露天矿用自移式破碎站实际工作特点,在考虑了履带车辆设备的偏心、履带的中心距、履带板的宽度和履带的接地长度等相关参数影响的前提下,进行了转向理论分析和驱动力计算,分析了履带驱动力与履带车辆设备的偏心、履带中心距、履带接地长度、履带板宽度、履带转弯半径之间的相互关系;明确提出了履带车辆再生功率产生的条件和变化规律,指出了履带车辆再生功率与履带车辆转弯半径的关系,研究结果对露天矿用履带车辆的设计有理论指导作用。
Based on the actual working characters of mobile crusher used in open pit mining, steering theory is analyzed and steering resistance is calculated considering the crawler vehicle offset, crawler center distance, the width of crawler pad and the contact length of crawler. Interrelation of the driving force and crawler vehicle offset, crawler center distance, the contact length of crawler, the width of crawler pad, steering radius are analyzed. The generating condition and regular pattern of regenerative power are posed clearly. The relationship of regenerative power and steering raitius are also posed. The results of study are guidance for designing crawler vehicle used in open pit mining.
