摘要
针对蓄电式刹车能量回收蓄能装置存在的电机要求高、电路结构复杂、能量回收利用效率低等问题,提出将刹车能量转换为弹簧弹性势能进行能量回收的方法。研制了采用弹簧势能回收制动能量的蓄能实验装置,实现了刹车动能的存储及在启动或加速时释放。对机构的理论能量利用效率进行了计算,对实验载体的实际能量回收效率进行了测试并与理论能量利用效率进行对比,验证了采用弹簧势能回收车辆制动能量的方法具有高效率的特点,结果表明该方法的技术路线可行,该技术具有推广价值。
A method of braking energy recovery converting vehicle kinetic power to elastic potential energy of springs is mentioned against current electric braking energy recovery storage device defwieneies such as high requirement of motor, complex circuit organization , low energy utilization efficiency and so on. Equipment for the test of braking energy recovery based on elastic potential energy of springs has been designed and produced, and the storage of braking energy and its release when automobiles start or accelerate is realized. The theoretical energy utilization efficiency is calculated, and the actual energy utilization efficiency of the experimental model is tested and contrasted with the theoretical data, and the result proves that the method of braking energy recovery based on elastic potential energy has characteristics of high efficiency; it is feasible to apply and popularize the technical roadmap of this method.
