摘要
珩磨加工为一种特殊的磨削工艺,珩磨不仅能提高工件内圆表面粗糙度,而且能提高零件的尺寸精度和几何形状精度,能去除较大的加工余量,讨论了珩磨加工过程中珩磨参数对珩磨工件温度场的影响,分析了珩磨的磨削力对和珩磨温度之间的相互关系。在此基础上结合实际珩磨机加工工艺,利用有限元分析软件对珩磨工件的温度场进行了稳态和瞬态分析,揭示了珩磨过程中温度的变化和分布情况,为珩磨机床改善其冷却系统提供了一定的理论依据。
Honing is a special form in internal grinding process, and this method is a kind of efficient machining precision processing method that can not only improve the inner circle su^ace roughness, but also can improve the size of the parts precision and geometry accuracy, and can remove larger allowance. It discussed the honing parameters on the influence of the temperature field. The state and transient analysis of honing workpiece temperature field makes use of finite element analysis on the basis of the actual, in order to uncover the change and distribution of temperature and affect factors in the process of honing, thus offer the theatrical basis for the improvement of honing machine's reversing acceleratior~
