摘要
以轮胎模具制造企业中的刀具消耗为研究背景,针对传统计算刀具消耗量方法的不足,结合回归分析的基本原理,重点分析影响刀具消耗量的因素,提出了基于回归分析的刀具消耗量预测模型。通过分析,利用定性因素并结合经验对刀具的消耗情况进行分类;利用定量因素,根据分类确定每种类型的回归模型,减小了模型的复杂度,提高了预测的先进性和合理性。同时对模型进行显著性检验和精度检验,证实其具有统计学意义,能较准确的预测刀具的消耗量,为企业的生产提供有力的指标参考。
Based on the cutting tool consumption of tire mold manufacturing enterprises, the factors that influencing the cutting tool consumption were analyzed. Then, classification for cutting tool consumption were established which depended on experiences, and the prediction models based on regression analysis were proposed. At the same time, the models' statistical significance was proved by significance test and accuracy test.
