摘要
履带起重机臂架是起重机的核心部件,安全可靠性非常重要。依据起重机臂架的材料、尺寸和载荷参数等以及不确定参数,使用ANSYS/PDS建立臂架参数化有限元模型;结合VC++和ANSYS的优点,利用VC++界面输入参数与参数化模型的参数进行结合,并调用ANSYS使用蒙特卡罗法进行臂架可靠性分析。在实际企业应用中,尤其对系列化履带起重机臂架可靠性分析,取得了良好的效果。该系统软件不仅使不熟悉ANSYS的工程人员进行臂架可靠性分析,而且有效地提高工作效率,具有良好的实用性。
The jib of crawler crane is the core components of the crane, and the safety and reliability of which is very important. According to the uncertain parameters of crane jib like material, size and load and so on, the parametric finite element model of the jib was established by ANSYS/PDS. Taking the advantages of VC++ and ANSYS, the parameters are input by interface designed by VC++ and the parametric model parameters, and analyzes boom reliability by using Monte Carlo with calling ANSYS. Good results are obtained in practical application, especially in the series af reliability analysis of the crawler crone. The software can not only help the engineers who are not familiar with the ANSYS software analysis reliability of the jib, but also can effectively improve the work efficiency. So it has good practicality.
