摘要 带钢质量的优劣很大程度上取决于张力控制效果,目前间接张力控制系统在国内许多制造企业中广泛应用,然而传统PID控制难以达到直接张力控制的效果。针对工业实际卷取间接张力系统具有强扰动、变参数、变负载、模型不确定等特点,结合武钢硅钢厂卷取张力控制系统改造工程实际情况,构造了一个间接张力闭环系统,并利用模糊控制修正张力调节器从而对系统进行优化,间接实现对带钢的恒张力控制。结果表明:该系统具有较好的跟随性能,稳态精度高,超调量明显较小,调节时间得到了明显改善。在实践过程中证明其控制效果良好。 The advantages and disadvantages of strip quality are greatly influenced by the effect of tension control. Indirect tension control system is applied in lots of domestic manufacturing enterprise at present. However, the effect of direct tension control can not be achieved through the traditional PID control. Indirect tension control on winding during practical industry production is a system with the characteristics such as strong disturbance, variable parameters and loads, and model uncertainty. Combining with a practice instance of winding tension control system produced by WISCO, it constructs an indirect closed-loap tension control system. And fuzzy controller is also used to optimize the tension adjuster to realize an indirect constant tension control of strip steel. The results show that the system has a good tracking performance and high steady state accuracy. The overshoot has been effectively suppressed and regulating time has been obviously improved. Practice has proved that the performance of the proposed scheme is satisfactar~.
