摘要
以某热轧带钢厂在役的地下卷取机主传动设备系统为研究对象,采用解析法研究了带钢卷入、卷取结束及制动开始阶段地下卷取机主传动系统扭振性能。采用集中质量参数法建立卷取机主传动系统扭振的力学模型和数学模型,在该模型的基础上,对系统的模态和动态响应进行了数值研究,并将计算结果与实测结果进行对比。通过解析法的计算结果可知,卷取过程中不当的加载策略会造成主传动系统的扭振峰值力矩过大,通过速度控制,可以有效减少卷取机生产过程中的扭矩峰值。
Aimed to investigate the main driving systems of hot-rolled down coiler, it researches into the time of coiling beginning, coiling end and braking beginning that affect the performance evaluation of main driving systems by analysis method. The mechanical model is established by using lumped mass parameter model, and the universal mathematical modal is produced by using Lagrange equation to analyze hot-rolled down coiler. Based on those models, it studies on the driving system's inherent modal and dynamic response, and the results are compared with field test. The results from analysis method, leading to the conclusion that the inappropriate time between coiling end and braking beginning have a great effect on the torsional vibration of driving system. The torsion can be reduced efficientl3; b~ controllin~ the speed of ralline.
