摘要
利用Solidworks三维设计软件建立汽车车轮弯曲疲劳试验机的三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对车轮弯曲疲劳试验机的主要零件—加载臂进行静力学分析。为提高工作效率、降低计算机运算时间,将部分可能导致运算量大幅增加的零部件进行简化:轴承用弹簧单元取代。最终得到加载臂的变形云图与受力分布云图,并使用静力学分析中的疲劳工具得到疲劳寿命云图、损伤云图、安全系数云图,从中判断加载臂设计的合理性,为机构的优化提供依据。
Using of Solidworks 3D design software to create the 3D model of the wheel bending fatigue testing machine, importing finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, the wheel bending fatigue testing machine main parts--loaded arm proceed to linear static analysis, in order to present to shorten working time and improve efficiency, some that may lead to a substantial increase in computation parts are simplified: the spring instead of bearing. Finally it gets the distribution nephogram and stress deformation nephogram of loading arm- Using of the fatigue tool for the life nephogram, the damage nephogram, the safety factor nephogram, to judge the rationality of the design of loading arm, provides a basis for the optimization of the mechanism.
