摘要
逆向工程与快速原型集成技术是产品创新设计和快速开发的重要手段,针对集成过程中存在建模效率与建模精度的矛盾,运用TRIZ理论中的矛盾解决理论进行分析。首先运用通用工程参数问题中的矛盾进行描述,然后在矛盾矩阵中查找出可用的发明原理,并根据所得到的借助中介物原理和复制原理,结合逆向设计过程中的具体过程,提出了最终的解决方案。最后运用实例对该方案进行验证,结果表明该方案能较好的解决集成过程中建模质量与建模率之间的矛盾。
The integrated of reverse engineering with rapid prototyping is an important means of product innovation design and rapid development. To overcome the contradiction between improving the modeling quality and reducing the modeling time in the integrated process, TRIZ theory is used to analyze the contradictory information, and universal technology character parameters are used to describe problem, then the invention theory are found from the contradiction matrix to solve this problem. The solution is obtained, according to the mediator and the cheap disposable of the invention principles and to combine with the RE/RP process. The experimental results show that this innovation scheme can effectively solve the problem of improving the modeling quality and reduce the modeling time on the same time.
