Exploration and Practice of Establishment Corporate Governance Structure of State-owned Forest Region——Taking Inner Mongolia State-owned Forest as an Example

论述了国有林区建立法人治理结构的意义，并以内蒙古国有林区推行法人治理结构为例，通过对内蒙古国有林区法人治理结构的建立、运行及存在问题的分析，就国有林区如何建立规范运作的法人治理结构和协调运转的保障机制，提出了相应建议。

This paper first discusses the meaning of establishing corporate governance structure, and uses the imple- mentation of corporate governance structure of state-owned forest in Inner Mongolia as an example. Based on the analysis of the establishment, operation and existing problems of the Inner Mongolia state-owned forest corporate governance structure, put forward the corresponding suggestions about how to establish a standardized operation of corporate governance structure and coordination of operation guarantee mechanism ,looking forward to provide reference for the state-owned forest corporate governance structure establishment and standard operation.
