The Qualitative Research on the Patterns of Illegal Timber Logging

系统梳理国内外学者和组织对木材非法采伐概念的界定，对非法采伐概念的界定进行实质性探讨。从整体范畴和体系的角度，科学地对木材采伐的主体和客体，目的和方法，自由和有限等进行基本概念界定。按照“场所支配行为”原则，将非法采伐行为方式发生的环节进行分类，形成非法采伐行为方式分类表。

For lack of standard definition of illegal timber logging in different countries, the phenomenon still pre- vails and affects the safety of forest resources. The paper systematically summarizes the definitions of it from different scholars and organizations from home and abroad and substantially discusses how they define the concept. From the perspective of overall category and system, the paper scientifically defines the subject and object, aims and methods, freedom and finiteness of illegal timber logging. According to the locus regit actum principle, the paper classifies the occurring link of illegal timber logging and forms a classification chart of illegal logging pattern of acts.
