摘要
采用熔融共混方法制备了聚甲醛/热塑性聚氨酯(POM/TPU)共混合金。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、偏光显微镜(PLM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及动态流变仪对共混合金的相形态、结晶性能及熔体相容性进行了分析。结果表明:该共混合金呈两相形态,POM与TPU相之间具有部分相容性;TPU没有改变共混合金中POM的晶型结构及结晶度,但降低了POM晶体的完善性。
Polyoxymethylene(POM)lthermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) blends were prepared by melt blending. The phase morphology, crystallinity and compatibility of the blends were investigated by SEM, PLM, XRD and dynamic rheometer. The results show that the blends have two-phase morphology and the partial compatibility exists between POM and TPU; the crystal structure and crystallinity of POM in blends have no change after the addition of TPU, but the crystallization integrity decreases.
