摘要
用非水基流延成型工艺制备Y3Fe4.85O12铁氧体膜片,分析了增塑剂种类、粘结剂与增塑剂含量对浆料流变性能及流延膜片拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明,环保型增塑剂DEDB改善了浆料的流变性能,提供良好的塑化效果,完全取代传统型增塑剂PEG400与DBP。在固相量为25vol%和30vol%的流延浆料中,当分别添加5vol%PVB-5vol%DEDB和4vol%PVB-3vol%DEDB的粘结系统时流延浆料具有剪切变稀的流体特征,且无明显的触变性。由该配方制备的流延膜片的拉伸性能良好,满足实际生产的要求。
Y3Fe4.85O12ferrite tapes were fabricated by non-aqueous tape casting process. Effects of kinds and amounts of plasticizer and binder on the rheological properties of slurries and mechanical properties of the tapes were characterized. In the replacement of conventional DBP and PEG 400 plasticizer, the harmless plasticizer DEDB not only has an active effect on the properties of suspensions, but also offeres good plasticity for the green tapes. The binding systems with 5vol% PVB-5vol% and 4vol% PVB-3vol% DEDB were added in the casting slurries with the solid content of 25vol% and 30vol%, respectively. The casting suspensions exhibits shear thinning behavior and has no thixotropy. The tensile properties of the casting tapes with the formulas of binding system can meet the requirements for practical production.
