摘要 首先用快淬法制备厚度为20~23μm的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金非晶带材,采用氮气氛退火和横磁退火(氮气氛)工艺对合金进行不同温度处理,研究了退火温度对合金性能的影响。结果表明,合理的退火工艺可以对Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金的性能进行有效控制,540℃×30min为最佳氮气氛退火工艺,横磁退火可以降低Hc、Br/Bs及Pc并能优化μe和μi。 Amorphous Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9alloy strip with thickness between 20 and 23 was prepared by rapid solidification method, and annealed in N2and transversal magnetic field(in N2) to investigate the influence of annealing temperature on performances of the alloy. The results show that the magnetic performances of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9alloy can be effectively controlled by appropriate annealing processes, and 540℃×30min is determined as the best nitrogen annealing process. Property parameters of Hc, Br/Bs and Pc are decreased and μe and μi optimized by transversal magnetic annealing(N2).
