基于纯硬件电路的充磁机控制系统设计

摘要 基于纯硬件电路设计了充磁机的控制系统。在逻辑控制方面使用数字芯片代替传统的继电器控制电路,强弱电结合,实现充磁过程自动控制。充磁过程启停采用无触点开关,不仅降低了电磁干扰,而且节能。时基电路采用555定时器,触发脉冲通常需要1ms,相当于50Hz的18°电角度,晶闸管驱动电路输出66ms的脉冲。充磁机控制电路设计独特新颖,成本低廉,操作方便,性能稳定可靠,能够满足中小型企业的生产需求。 The control system of magnetizer is designed based on pure hardware circuit. In terms of logic control digital chip is used instead of traditional relay control circuit, combining strong and weak electricity to achieve automatic control of magnetization process. Non-contact switch is used to control the start-stop of the magnetization process, not only reducing electromagnetic interference, but also saving energy. The 555 timer as base circuit is used,trigger pulse usually takes 1ms, corresponding to 18° electrical angle of 50 Hz, and the output pulse of thyristor driving circuit is 66 ms. Results show that a novel, unique charger control circuit is designed with low cost, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance, satisfying the production demand of small and medium-sized enterprises.
