摘要
为了解决继电器在使用中的故障,提升整车产品的竞争力及提高汽车电器产品的质量,文章结合实际案例,分析了继电器不动作或不导通、触点的接触电阻不良以及线圈断路等故障的原因,并提出解决办法:在衔铁上增加2个1mm×1.2mm×0.5 mm的限位凸台,防止衔铁下陷;改进密封性和加强风尘控制手段,使内部触电接触良好;在线圈骨架增加R=0.2 mm的倒角,防止因漆包线被刮伤或刮断造成的断路。通过验证和应用,以上解决措施对继电器性能改进效果明显。
In order to remove the defeetive relay, enhance the competitiveness of vehicle and the quality of automotive electrical products, combined with a more specific practical case, this paper analyzes the relay which does not operate or does not turn on, or the contact of tile relay is poor contacting, and the coil is in open circuit, meanwhile the suggestions are put forward, i.e. firstly, add limit bosses which is 1 mm×l.2 mm×O.5 mm on the armature; secondly, improve sealing and dust control measures to strengthen; finally, add chaml〉r which is R=0.2 mm on the bobbins, prevent open circuit. After market validation and application, the performance is improved significantly by implementing the improvement measures.
