摘要
镁合金板材以其极高的比强度和比刚度使它在车身轻量化上有广阔的应用前景。文章以镁合金板材为基础,介绍了3种可用在镁合金汽车覆盖件上的成型工艺,并给出了应用实例。最后针对目前镁合金板材研究现状,提出了镁合金板材在车身覆盖件上大规模应用的难点。随着技术的发展,应用难点的攻克,镁合金板材在车身覆盖件减重方面的应用将会越来越多。
Magnesium alloy sheet has bright future on the application of ear's closure part based on its high strength -density ratio and stiffness-density ratio. This artiele inlroduees 3 kinds of forming processes and application difficulty based on magnesium alloy closure part, and the illustrations with examples are given. Finally, application diffieulty is raised based on currenl magnesium alloy sheet study. With the development of tehnology and technical break throngh, more and more magnesium alloy sheet application will be used on ear's closure part weigh reduction.
