摘要
目的 探讨肝静脉阻断对实验性肝癌生长的影响。方法 以Wistar大鼠肝癌模型为材料 ,采用免疫组化SUPERVISION两步法观察肝静脉阻断后肝癌、癌周、邻近肝叶 (肝左中叶 )及肺组织血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达。结果 肝静脉结扎组肝癌及癌周组织VEGF的表达较对照组明显下调 (P <0 0 1 ) ,肝左中叶较对照组明显上调 (P <0 0 1 ) ,肺组织VEGF的表达较对照组也明显上调 (P <0 0 5)。结论 肝癌肝静脉阻断可抑制局部肿瘤的生长 。
Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in lung and hepatic tissue after the process of hepatic vein occlusion and to discuss the influence of this process on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Used two step immunohistochemistry method to observe the expression of VEGF in carcinoma,peri carcinoma tissue,adjacent lobe (left medius) as well as lung tissue after the occlusion of hepatic vein in Wistar rat models of hepatocellular carcinoma.Results Expression of VEGF was reduced in carcinoma and peri carcinoma tissues ( P <0.01) in the experiment group and the expression was increased in the left medius lobe and lung tissues,compared with control group.Conclusion The growth of tumor within the affected lobe can be inhibited by the occlusion of hepatic vein but the possibility of distant organ metastasis was increased.
