风力机的寿命可达数十年,可惜与之配套的深井水泵的某些关键部件却只能使用一年多。这主要指泵缸和活塞的密封元件。目前这种泵的密封件多用皮革制成,泵缸多用黄铜或合金铸铁制造。它们抵抗磨损的能力很弱。 本文通过实验分析,阐述了一种设计该泵的新方案,它用活塞环代替通常的皮革密封元件,并用适当的结构和材料制作密封环和缸体。这种泵在保持农机具低造价的条件下有更长的使用寿命,它抵抗磨料磨损的能力也是令人感兴趣的。
The operation life of a wind motor can last up to several decades,while some key components of the deep-well water pump driven by it, namely the pump cylinder and piston sealing elements, last no more than two years. Currently the sealing elements are usually made of leather, and the cylinder made of brass or alloyed cast iron. Both have poor abrasion resisting ability.
Based on an analysis of test results, this paper will introduce a new design method for increasing the operation life of the wind turbine rod pump, in which the original leather sealing elements are replaced by piston rings,and the materials and structure of the cylinder and piston rings are also carefully chosen. The pumps of the new design enjoy a much longer life due to the better abrasion resisting ability of its sealing mechanism.
