摘要
分析了微波毫米波测试仪器技术发展所面临的挑战,介绍了微波毫米波测试仪器的频率扩展、电磁环境模拟仿真、瞬态时变信号捕获、非线性网络建模、多功能综合测试等技术研究进展情况,分析了存在问题,预测了未来技术发展方向。
The challenges of microwave and millimeter wave test ＆ measurement instruments are analyzed. The re- search progresses of frequency extending, electromagnetic environment simulating, transient time- varying signal capturing, modeling nonlinear network and multifunctional comprehensive testing are introduced. The development problems of micro- wave and millimeter wave test ＆ measurement instrument are analyzed. The future tendencies of microwave and millimeter wave test ＆ measurement technology are foretelled.
