摘要
高校教师作为一个庞大的科研教学群体,他们的专业发展直接影响到了我国高等教育的质量,如何在新的形式下,帮助高校教师实现从专业发展向自主专业发展的转变,文章提出以职业锚分析为辅助手段,帮助高校找出教师的职业性向,以此探索教师的专业发展方向和学校制度建设。
College teachers are a huge research and teaching group, and their professional development directly af- fects the quality of higher education in our country. How to help teachers achieve independent professional development'?. In this paper, the author suggests using career anchor analysis to find the professional orientation of teachers and explore institutional improvement of universities.
