看守所在押人员人权保障研究——以驻看守所检察为视角

Study On the Human Rights of Detainees——From the Perspective of Supervision Work in the Detention House

近年来,发生在看守所内的在押人员非正常死亡事件,引发了公众对看守所在押人员人权保障的担忧。从依法设置看守所检察部门并赋予其相应职权、更新看守所检察干警执法理念、严格收押检察以及开展羁押必要性审查入手,提升看守所检察部门监督能力,可以有效保障在押人员的合法权利。

In recent years, the unnatural deaths of detainees in the detention house have triggered public concern a- bout the detainee＇s human rights. The author of this paper proposes to set up a Supervision Office with the power of super- vision and review in the detention house, to update the law enforcement concept of officers and strictly examine and review the necessity of the detention. The Supervision Office should step up its ability of supervision and review so as to protect the legal rights of the detainees.
