本文通过对铝镜表面形态、断面结构及铝与玻璃结合性质的研究,我们认为铝已渗入玻璃表面,部分铝是以Al_2O_3的形式存在于玻璃中的。本文提出一种用J-19粘结剂将螺栓固定在铝膜表面并垂直拉开的方法,来测定结合强度。用此法测试的结果表明:铝膜厚度、玻璃基底温度、清洗效果、辉光放电、蒸镀温度等条件对结合强度均有影响,后者影响最大。粘接接头热处理时因受热应力的影响,拉伸实验中出现玻璃本体的内聚破坏。工艺良好的铝镜膜基结合强度超过2.76kg/mm^2。
A method for adhesion measurement of Al/glass mirror was given in this paper. It suggested that studs were attached to the Al film with a J-19 glue, then a stress was applied normally to substrate until the joint failed. Results showed that adhesion data were diverse ,from 0. 1 Kg/mm2 to more than 2. 76Kg/mm2, because of different conditions. The Al film thickness, the temperature of substrate, the concentration of cleaning liquid, electronic bombardment, the W filament temperature had influences upon the adhesion. The last factor was the most important. The maximum adhesion of Al film to glass of a good Al /glass mirror exceeded 2. 76Kg/mm2.
