攀钢半钢炼钢终点自动控制技术研究

摘要 针对攀钢半钢炼钢的特点,自主建立了半钢炼钢辅料加入量和吹氧量静态计算模型,开发了基于副枪控制的终点动态预报模型。通过在线应用,终点碳命中率达84.25%,温度命中率达95.28%,碳温双命中率达到80.71%,不倒炉炼钢率由48.92%提高到96.34%,并取得了较好的冶金效果。 Based on the characters of steelmaking by semi steel,Static Model of calculate the flux weight and oxygen blowing volume during steelmaking by semi steel process is established. Dynamic endpoint prediction model based on sublance measure is developed. As the results of online application of the models,ratio of accurate prediction of the endpoint carbon content is 84. 25%,ratio of accurate prediction of endpoint temperature is 95. 28%,and ratio of accurate prediction of both carbon content and temperature is 80. 71%. Ratio of steelmaking without tuning rose from 48. 92% to 96. 34%. With this application,excellent smelting behavior is achieved.
