新型城镇化影响因素的实证研究——以河北省为例

An Empirical Study on the Influence Factors of New Urbanization in Hebei Province

城镇化在推进其发展的过程中,暴露出一些制约城镇化持续发展的问题,使新型城镇化问题研究成为一个重大课题。本文介绍了新型城镇化的科学内涵,分析了影响新型城镇化发展的各种因素,并以河北省为例构建了新型城镇化影响因素的指标体系,采用主成分回归分析方法,借助SPSS、Eviews等统计软件对数据进行处理,依次通过变量的适合性检验、参数估计,得出实证结果。最后,提出促进经济发展、优化产业结构、加大基础设施建设与科技教育投入、完善制度安排等对策建议。

With the process of promoting Urbanization development, it has exposed some problems to restrict the sustainable development of urbanization. The new urbanization problem research has become an important re- search topic. This paper introduces the connotation of new urbanization ; Through the analysis of the factors influ- encing the development of the new urbanization, build the influence factor index system of new urbanization in Hebei Province, Using principal component regression analysis method, With the help of SPSS, Eviews and other statistical software for data processing, followed by the fitness test and parameters of the variables, and the empiri- cal results. Finally, through the discussion of the empirical results, put forward the countermeasure and sugges- tion： promote economic development, optimize industry structure, increasing infrastructure construction and sci- ence and technology input in education, improve institutional countermeasures.
