贝江硅藻生态群落特征及水质评价 被引量:7

Ecological Characteristics of Diatom Communities and Water Quality Assessment in Beijiang River Basin

摘要 在贝江流域13个样点进行硅藻采样,共发现82个硅藻种类.通过对贝江流域硅藻种类丰度和硅藻群落生态特征进行分析,平时村、怀宝镇和落久3个样点受到了一定的污染,而其它样点都是属于清洁水体.利用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数对13个样点进行水质评价,也发现除了平时村、怀宝镇和落久3个样点属于β-中污带水体,其它样点都属于寡污带水体,与硅藻群落生态特征的分析结果一致.同时对Shannon-Wiener多样性指数在贝江流域的适用性进行了研究,表明Shannon-Wiener多样性指数是可以用来评价贝江的水质情况. A total of 82diatom taxa were found at 13 sample sites in Beijiang River basin.By analyzing diatom species abundance and ecological characteristics of diatom community structure,all sites are marked as clean water except Pingshi country,Huaibao town and Luojiu.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index for quality assessment also found that Pingshi country,Huaibao town and Luojiu belong toβ-polluted water body;while other sites belong to widowed sewage water body;the conclusion is consistent with the results from diatom communities.The results also show that Shannon-Wiener diversity index can be used to evaluate the water quality of Beijiang River basin.
