新疆五彩湾煤直接催化液化工艺研究

Study on Direct Catalytic Liquefaction Technology of Xinjiang Wucaiwan Coal

摘要 以新疆五彩湾煤为研究对象,氢初压、液化时间和溶煤比为变量,选择三因子两水平的L8(27)正交实验,对加氢液化产物进行直观和方差分析,得出五彩湾煤适宜的液化条件。实验结果表明,五彩湾煤适宜的直接液化条件为:温度400℃、氢初压6.0 MPa、时间45 min、溶煤比=2∶1。 Taking Xinjiang Wucaiwan coal as the research subject, effects of initial H2 pressure, liquefaction time and solvent/coal ratio on the coal liquefaction were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The optimum conditions for Wucaiwan coal liquefaction were determined. The results indicate that the optimum condition for Wucaiwan coal liquefaction are as follows:liquefaction temperature 400 ℃, initial hydrogen pressure 6.0 MPa, liquefaction time 45min ,and solvent/coal ratio 2.
