沿海地区油罐罐底板腐蚀及防腐措施研究

Corrosion andAnticorrosion Measures of Oil Tank Baseboard in CoastalArea

国储油库及炼油化工等罐区的储罐绝大部分是金属钢油罐,而且多建设在沿海地区,由于海边气候多变、潮湿、含盐量高,这就不可避免地造成储罐腐蚀。分析了金属腐蚀机理、沿海地区金属储罐罐底腐蚀的原因及腐蚀过程,提出了防止或减少罐底板腐蚀的措施,介绍了测漏方法。

Oil storage tanks in national oil storages and petrochemical storages are mostly steel tanks, many of which are constructed in coastal areas. Due to changeable climate, wet and salty soil, oil tank corrosion is inevitably taken place. In this paper, the mechanism of metal corrosion was discussed, reasons and procedure of corrosion of metal storage tank baseboard in coastal areas were analyzed, and the measures of anti-corrosion were put forward as well as leak detection methods.
