摘要
介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院开发的新一代高活性单段加氢裂化催化剂FC-14在辽阳石化100万t/a加氢裂化装置中的应用。从该车间使用FC-14催化剂的基础数据入手,将FC-14在活性、选择性、稳定性等方面的性能作出总结,FC-14催化剂的中间馏分油选择性高,活性高,相同条件下的反应温度可降低12℃左右,同时中间馏分油的产品质量也得到较大改善。FC-14催化剂是最大量生产柴油的催化剂。
Application of new high active single-stage hydrocracking catalyst FC-14 developed by FRIPP in 1Mt/a hydrocracking unit in Liaoyang petrochemical company was introduced. Starting from the basic data of FC-14 catalyst used in the workshop, the activity, selectivity and stability of the FC-14 catalyst were discussed. The results show that the FC-14 catalyst has high activity and high selectivity to middle distillates;Under the same conditions, the reaction temperature can be reduced by about 12℃, while middle distillate product quality has been greatly improved;The FC-14 catalyst has the maximum capacity to produce diesel.
