摘要
按照行星螺杆挤出机的结构特征建立几何模型,在等温流场假设条件下,采用仿真模拟方法模拟了行星螺杆挤出机内物料的流动模式。为了表征行星螺杆挤出机的塑化混炼能力,通过POLYFLOW软件对行星螺杆模型中物料的剪切速率、分散准数和停留时间分布进行了数值模拟。分析了行星螺杆的数量、转速对物料的剪切速率、拉伸速率以及物料在轴向和径向截面混合效果的影响。
According to the structure characteristics of the planetary screw extruder, the geometric model of the planetary screw extruder was established;in simulated 3D isothermal flow field,the tracer particles simulation method was used to simulate the flow pattern in planetary screw extruder. In order to characterize the plasticization and mixing ability of the planetary screw extruder, the shear rate, dispersion numeral and residence time distribution of the model material were simulated through POLYFLOW software. The influence of planetary screw number and rotational speed on material shear rate, tensile rate and material mixing effect was analyzed.
