摘要
以连续性方程、N-S方程和质量运输方程为基础,使用壁面函数法,采用k-ε紊流模型,建立了柴油和润滑油的顺序输送的混油模型。对两种油品以不同输送顺序由上至下和由下至上流经Z型管的情况进行了数值计算。结果表明:在Z型管水平管段,润滑油前行时的混油量较大;在竖直管段,润滑油在上时混油量较大;相同的输送顺序下,油品向下流动时的混油量较大。该结论为深入研究润滑油基础油和柴油的顺序输送工艺提供了理论依据。
The lubricant oil and diesel batch transportation model was established based on the continuity equation, Navier-Stokes (N-S) equation, mass transport equation and the k-epsilon turbulence model. The numerical calculation was carried out based on two cases that included that the product flowed through a Z-tube from top to bottom and from bottom to top. The research shows that, in the horizontal section of the Z-tube, contamination is larger when lubricant oil is in front;in the vertical section, when lubricant oil is above or fluid flows down, the contamination is larger. This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for further research of lube base oil and diesel oil batch transportation process.
