随着信息化管理在高校的推行,各高校越来越重视对科研信息的管理,但由于各高校对科研工作量化的差异,使得在科研管理上出现各自为政的尴尬局面.因此,根据高校近年来科研管理的实际情况,按照学校实际需求,开发一个基于B/S模式的科研管理系统,使学校的科研工作管理能够方便、规范、快捷地进行.

As information management is widely implemented at colleges and universities in China, the institutes of higher education tend to pay more attention to the information management of their scientific research. However, due to the obvious quantification difference of scientific research between colleges and universities, it is difficult to develop a scientific management system that can be used in all the colleges and universities. Thus, according to the specific situation of scientific research management at a university, the thesis intends to introduce a special management system of scientific research based on the B/S mode for the college so that it can manage its scientific research in a convenient, regular and efficient way.
