体育教学中非期待性行为的研究

摘要 非期待性行为不仅有助于教学由意识指引走向实际生成,促进学生主体性得到发展,师生教与学活动更加人性化,同时也给体育教学带来鲜活的启示.因此,当下在研究体育教学中的非期待性为时,不仅要了解其产生的根源,也要有的放矢地合理分析其存在因素,这样才能使教师和学生更好的融入课堂的双边教学,更好的完成教学活动,更好的促进学生的成长. In physical education, the teacher has prepared a teaching situation and effects for the students and anticipated the students to behave in accordance with the teacher's planning, but the students may behave out of the teacher' s anticipation, which is called "non - anticipated behavior". The teacher and the students may benefit from the "non - anticipated behavior" by directing teaching from concept to reality, developing students' initiatives, making the teaching a human -centered one and making the teaching vivid. Knowing the origin of the "non - anticipated behavior" and analyzing its reasonable factors contribute to establish the humane teaching notion, strengthen teacher - student interaction and involve the students actively in the classroom activities.
