农民工城市就业融合研究脉络与展望

Reviews on migrant workers' employment fusion research

随着农民工城镇生活社会融合问题的深入凸显,农民工城市就业融合相关研究成果日渐增长。已有国内外研究成果主要以农民工市民化、社会融合同化论、认同论和多元化为逻辑主线、以农民工城市就业融合问题为核心,重点研究了农民工城市就业融合内涵、就业融合结构、就业融合制约因素、就业融合评价指标体系、就业融合水平测度和就业融合政策等问题,但农民工就业融合内涵、就业融合内在矛盾和就业融合模式方式等问题的研究严重滞后,亟待拓展完善。

With development of China＇s migrant workers＇ employment fusion conflicts, the related researches at home and abroad are ever-growing, which puts migrant workers civilization theory, social integration assimilation theory, identity theory and diversity as logic main line, with migrant workers employment as the core, focus on connotation of migrant workers employment social integration, employment integration structure, employment integration constraints, employment fusion evaluation index system, evaluation of the level of employment integration, employment integration policy and other issues. But, the researches on connotation of migrant employment integration, employment integration inherent contradiction and employment integration patterns, stay far behind the reality, and need to be developed urgently.
