Study on the Framework of Supply Network Capability Based on Supply Chain Flexibility

本文对柔性化环境下的供应网络能力研究进行了文献回顾。通过对供应链能力和供应链柔性的主要维度进行识别,并探讨其关联性,笔者从供应网络的视角出发,构建了一个五阶供应网络能力框架体系。该框架体系对与供应网络能力相联系的网络架构、协调机制和信息同步化进行了深入剖析,将供应链内部带有主动性特征的能力构建与外部带有被动性特征的柔性应对研究相结合,为学者与实践者立足供应网络探讨柔性环境下的供应链能力提供了一体化思路。

This paper performs a literature review of supply chain capability(SCC)and supply chain flexibility(SCF).By identifying the main dimensions of the concepts of SCC and SCF and exploring the linkage between the two concepts,this paper develops a five-stage SCC framework from the supply network perspective.The framework dives deep into network configuration,governance mechanism and information synchronization concerning SCC,with an intention to combine the positive characteristics of capability with the passive characteristics of flexibility so as to illuminate the integrated method concerning SCC and SCF for academicians and practitioners.
