双种植体修复在第一磨牙缺失中的应用

The Clinical Study of Two - Implant - Supported First Molar Restoration

目的；探讨第－磨牙缺失用两个种植体支持修复的临床可行性。方法：对９例第一磨牙缺失患者进行双种植体支持的种植修复。结果：９名患者修复后经过短期随访，该种植修复体功能良好、无疼痛症状和牙龈红肿、出血，Ｘ线未发现种植体周围骨质明显吸收。结论：用双种植体修复第一磨牙缺失可以减少单种植体修复潜在的悬臂作用，具有临床应用价值。

Objective: To demonstrate the clinical possibility of placing two standard 3. 75mm - diameter Branemark system implants to support first molar restoration, instead of the use of a single implant. Methods: Two standard implants were placed in a root - analog manner on a missing first molar area in each one case. Total 9 missing first molars were restored. Results: 9 patients' restorations exhibited excellent normal function and there is no implant mammal bone loss with in short time follow ups. Conclusion: Two implants provide more osseointegrated surface area and better biomechanical properties than one standard implant, reducing the potential bending forces that would otherwise exist in a single - implant molar restoration.
