摘要 Vanin-1基因在多种疾病进程中发挥着炎症聚集和调控氧化应激的作用。在炎症性肠病、肠癌、慢性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)、胰腺癌相关糖尿病、肾损伤和皮肤银屑病等疾病模型中,Vanin-1基因表达水平的高低与疾病的发生发展、诊断及治疗等均有紧密的联系。本文就近年来Vanin-1基因在炎症聚集和氧化应激反应中作用的研究进展做一综述。
