文章从近两年乌鲁木齐市棚户区改造情况、项目运行和执行情况着手,分析项目改造工作中存在的问题和矛盾,提出需要如何去重视和理解棚户区改造工作,提升项目工程的质量,达到改造目标,从而实现乌鲁木齐市的社会和谐稳定的对策建议。

The paper analyzes the problems of reconstruction of shantytown in Ummqi in the past two years and proposes the following measures： emphasize the shantytown reconstruction work in Urumqi and promote the quality of the project so as to reach the planning goal.
