鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉100例临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic operation on nasal polyps in 100 cases

目的对鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉临床疗效的分析。方法资料随机选自2011年9月—2013年1月在本院诊治的鼻息肉患者100例,采用鼻内镜的手术治疗,对患者的临床疗效和术后的并发症进行分析。结果经鼻内镜的手术治疗,患者的临床疗效的痊愈率72.00%,总有效率95.00%;患者术后并发症9例,占总患者9.00%,其中鼻腔黏连3例,出血过多1例,上颌窦的开口狭窄2例,眼眶青紫2例,经相应及时对症治疗症状消失。结论对鼻息肉患者采用鼻内镜的手术治疗的效果良好,且能够降低术后并发症,不容易复发,手术操作过程安全,在临床的应用上具有重要价值。

Objective to analysis the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic operation on nasal polyps. Methods the data were se- lected from 2011 September -2013 year in January 100 cases in our hospital in patients with nasal polyps hy endoscopic opera- tion, treatment, analysis of clinical efficacy and postoperative complications. Results after the treatment of nasal endoscopic opera- tion in patients with ： clinical efficacy, the cure rate was 72%, the total efficiency of 95%; 9 of patients with postoperative complica- tions, the total 9% patients, including 3 cases of nasal synechia, excessive bleeding in 1 cases, the opening of maxillary sinus stenosis in 2 cases, 2 cases of orbital bruising,the corresponding time symptomatic treatment the symptoms disappeared. Conclu- sion the operation of nasal polyps patients treatment by nasal endoscopy has good effect, and can reduce the postoperative compli- cations, relapse not easily, the operation process is safe, has important value in clinical application.
