子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用体会

目的探讨剖宫产术中宫缩乏力致产后出血采用子宫背带式缝合术的应用价值。方法对10例剖宫产术中宫缩乏力致产后出血行子宫背带式缝合术患者的病例进行分析。结果 10例在剖宫产术中出现宫缩乏力而引起产后出血的患者,解决了出血问题和保留了患者的子宫。结论对于缺医少药的基层医院施行子宫背带式缝合术是治疗剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性产后出血的简单有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the cesarean sectionuterine atony induced by the application value of uterineparceled suture of postpartum bleeding during operation. Methods 10 Cases of cesarean section uterine atonyinduced analysis of uterine parceled suture patients of postpartum hemorrhage during operation. Results 10 cases in cesarean section in patients with uterine atonypostpartum hemorrhage caused by bleeding, solve theproblems and to retain the patient's uterus. Conclusion Forunderserved grass-roots hospital implementation of uterineparceled suture is the treatment of cesarean sectionuterine atony postpartum hemorrhage is simple and effective.
