浅析卤米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎以及慢性湿疹的疗效

Analysis of Halometasone Cream in the treatment of nearodermatitis and chromc eczema curative effect

目的分析在神经皮炎以及慢性湿疹疾病的临床治疗中应用卤米松乳膏的临床疗效。方法从我院应用卤米松乳膏进行治疗的慢性湿疹患者与神经性皮炎患者中各选取48例患者作为研究对象,根据患者的皮损情况制定合适的疗程,并结合疗效评估标准对疗效进行评估。结果本组96例患者在应用卤米松乳膏进行治疗后,痊愈例数为51例,显效例数为27例,有效例数为15例,96例患者采用卤米松乳膏治疗的总有效率为96.88%。结论卤米松乳膏使用方便,经济安全,对治疗神经性皮炎以及慢性湿疹有十分重要的意义,值得在临床中大力推广。

Objective To analyze the nervous dermatitis and eczema, chronic diseases, clinical application of halogen creams the clinical curative effect of betamethasone. Methods From our application of halogen betamethasone cream in treatment of patients with chronic eczema and neurodermatitis patients among the 48 patients as the research object, according to the patients with skin conditions to develop appropriate treatment, and curative effect evaluation criteria to evaluate curative effect. Results Of 96 patients after application of halide betamethasone cream treatment, cured cases for 51 cases, cases for 27 cases were markedly effective, effective cases of 15 cases, 96 cases were treated by halide betamethasone cream treatment the total effective rate was96.88%. Conclusion On neurodermatitis, chronic eczema clinical application of halogen betamethasone cream, improvement and recovery of disease has a positive impact.
