左卡尼汀改善维持性血液透析患者左心室重构

Effects of L-carnitine on left ventricular remodeling in maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的探讨左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者左心室重构的临床疗效。方法将53例M H D患者随机分为治疗组3 0例,对照组2 3例。治疗组在常规治疗的甚础上,透析结束后给予左卡尼汀,时间为6个月。两组患者均在治疗前后采用超声心动图检查间隔舒张末期厚度(IVSTd)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、左室舒张末期内径(LVIDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVIDs)、左室重量指数(LVMI)。结果治疗组LVIDd、LVMI均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),对照组超声心动图参数无明显变化。结论左卡尼汀能改善MHD患者左心室重构。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment effects of L-carnitine on left ventricular remodeling in MHD patients. Methods 53patients were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group （23 cases）.In addition to routine treatment, the treatment group added lg of L-carnitine intravenous injection after each hemodialysis.This kind of treatment lasted for 6 monthes. IVSTd, LVPWT, LVIDd, LVIDs, LVM] was assessed using Philip IU33 color Doppler ultrasonography before and after treatment in 53 patients.Results In the treatment group, LVIDd and LVMI were decreased significantly when compared with before and after treatment, （both P〈0.05）; however, which were not changed significantly in the control group. Conclusion L-carnitine can improve left ventricular remodeling in the patients with MHD.
