摘要
本文综述了α-Si、Cu In Se_2/CdS、CdS/CdTe和T_iO_2/Se等薄膜电池的研制现状及进展,并讨论了其发展前景。
The present progress in the development of solar cells is reported in this paper, including the new advances of a-si Cu In Se2/Cds, CdTe/CdS and TiO2/Se thin film solar cells. The prospect of those cells is evaluated.
