城市化进程中失地农民问题分析

On the Problem of Land-Losing Farmers in the Process of Urbanization

城市化进程中,农民失地及失地后农民所面临的问题非常突出,如生存问题、劳动就业问题、社会保障问题等等,不一而足。主要从国外解决城市化进程中失地农民问题的启示,从全面建成小康社会的高度重视失地农民问题,完善按照、补偿失地农民的制度,建立健全失地农民的再就业机制和社会保障制度以及完善保护失地农民的法律法规五个方面针对失地农民问题提出解决措施。

During the process of urban modernization, problems resulted from land losing become very prominent, such as survival, employment, and social security problems and so on. In the enlightenment of foreign measures, five solutions are put forward： attaching g.reat importance to the problem of landless peasants under the perspective of building well-off society, improving compensation of landless peasants, establishing and perfecting the system of the landless farmers employment mechanism and social security, and improving laws and regulations to protect the land- less farmers.
