基于信息化测绘的房产3维信息平台研究及应用

Research and Application of the Real- Estate 3D Information Platform Based on the Informationalized Surveying Technology

利用信息化测绘成果进行房产3维的自动、快速、低成本建模,建立了顺德全区房屋建筑3维粗模库和示范区室内房屋3维模型,解决了传统3维建模技术的工作量大、周期长、数据更新困难等难题,为顺德区房产3维可视化管理提供了数据支撑。基于Skyline3维GIS软件设计并构建了顺德区房产3维信息平台,为房产管理提供了一种3维可视化技术支持,并可向其他部门提供房产3维信息查询服务。

This paper modeled the 3D real estates automatically and fast with low cost on the basis of the informationalized surveying technology. Then, we developed the rough 3D models of the whole region＇ s outdoor buildings of Shunde and the elaborate indoor 3D models of the demonstrational region＇ s buildings, which overcame the difficulties of the current 3D modeling technologies such as the large workload, long cycle and difficulty in data- updating and so on. It provided necessary data supports for the 3D visualization managements of the real estates in Shunde District. What is more, we further established the 3D information platform of the real es- tates in Shunde District based on the 3 D Skyline GIS software, which could be useful for the 3 D visualization of the property manage- ment and also be helpful to provide shared 3 D real - estate information and services to other departments.
